EXCHANGES & RETURNS
At CargoPants.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account.
To Return or Exchange a purchase:
To return a product that has already been shipped please mail us at returns@cargopants.com and include the following information (all of which which was included in the initial order confirmation sent to you via email)
1. Your Reference Number.
2. The Description and Item Number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange (for exchanges please indicate the desired brand, size and color).
3. The reason for the return or exchange.
After your return or exchange is approved we will reply to your email with detailed instructions of how and where to return or exchange your item(s).
Please note:
All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached. CargoPants.com, LLC is not responsible for shipping costs of returned or exchanged items. When shipping items back to CargoPants.com, customers should insure the item(s) for full value. Should anything happen during shipping - CargoPants.com, LLC is not responsible for lost/stolen or damaged packages on returns or exchanges.
