At CargoPants.com, we want to make sure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Therefore, we also strive to make the return or exchange process as easy as possible for you.
To Return a Purchase:
- All items must be returned or exchanged within 30 days of the invoice date.
- All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with all original tags still attached
- Please include a note including your reference # explaining the reason for your return

To Exchange a purchase:
Ship the item you wish to exchange to the above address and email us the following information at returns@cargopants.com:
- Your reference number
- The description and item numbers of the item you wish to exchange. Please indicate the desired brand, size, and color.
- The reason for the exchange.
A credit will be issued as soon as your return is received and processed. Refunds processing may take up to 4 weeks. Shipping costs are not refundable. For some brands restocking fees may apply.
If for some reason, the return/exchange instructions were not included or they were misplaced, please email us at returns@cargopants.com and include the following information (all of which was included in the initial order confirmation sent to you via email):
1. Your Reference Number.
2. The Description and Item Number(s) of the item(s) you wish to return or exchange (for exchanges please indicate the desired brand, size and color).
3. The reason for the return or exchange.

After your return or exchange is approved we will reply to your email with detailed instructions of how and where to return or exchange your item(s).
