Do I need to Register?
No, however it is beneficial to register so you can track your order and save your order history. In addition, your shipping and billing address will be saved for future orders. You will not be added to the e-mail list if you register unless you specifically authorize us to be placed on it.

We can only modify an order prior to shipment. If you contact us prior to shipment, we would be glad to offer any assistance in making the changes you need.

What if an Item is Out of Stock?
In certain cases we might be able to make a special order from the manufacturer or supplier an item that is out of stock. Our inventory automatically updates current status in real-time so if an item happens to be listed as out of stock, you will see a small message indicating so and you will then immediately be able to select a link next to that item on the product page, and submit a request to have that item special ordered. If it is not possible to order the item, we will notify you via email and inform you of the status of that particular item or items.
